[SafeScripting] Add CaseSensitive config #197

Hi, it's to allow to enable the case_sensitive option in SafeScripting module. I have changed schema.ser file but not really sure of that.

This is great, but I'm not going to take this PR directly; I'm just going to make the whitelist case sensitive by default. Thanks for bringining this to my attention.
