Remove bad nuclei #11

@Marcel-Salier, I've added a feature to remove nuclei that got cutoff as it's found at the edges, as well as nuclei that are too small (< 25pixel^2)

Will add this feature to the main script if you're happy with this.

Great, I pulled the changes and now I'm segmenting again. It seems anaconda can install directly the changes in environment when I press Update index.

Great, do another pull to include this feature. And good news for being able to update the package using Update index
