Automatically keep balance up to date #57

Closes #55

Updates the balance whenver the tab is refocused. This should update the balance whenever the user reopens the app.
Periodically updates the balance status (every 10 seconds).

@LowkeyCoding can I get you to test that this works as intended on Android?

I've updated the demo environment (https://fappen.kjellerup.dev) with the feature. The test data has been reset so you will have to recreate the test account you were using (or just switch to "tester").
