Automatic refilling of stregkonto #374

A young fember suggested, and implied that he would make it (as so many have done with their ideas over time), a feature by which you automatically transfer fund to your stregkonto as the balanced goes below 20.

This would be a checkmark under user info.

I'm not sure I understand, aren't the funds transferred from mobilepay? How would the stregsystem authorize a mobilepay transaction on behalf of a fember?

A simple-to-implement fix is dropping the fember a mail with a MobilePay QR-code embedded. The amount can be suggested to be the historical monthly usage of the given fember, that way we do not need to implement yet another straight bonkers MobilePay API, and obtain a similar effect; the fember will typically always have a positive balance, and will most often top-up only once a month.
