Advanced Event-tickets (Megathread)

Redoing the way events are done will open up for many possibilities making the life of volunteers less demanding.

Other ideas:

Meta API integration to create Facebook events automatically
Kiosk integration to automatically put events as kiosk entries
Razzia integration to get list of people who participated (and possibility to send mail to people who didn't show up)
Advanced pricing models:
- Early-bird (incentivize that people purchase early)
- No-show fee (people pay security deposit, they get back if they show up)
- Tiered pricing (paying for part of the event, like F-Sportsdag only getting a ticket for the first part but not the dinner)
- Cancellation fee?
