Marquee for kiosk #48

Since #46 is totally going to become the new news section I suggest we introduce a way to let good old marquee make a comeback on it.

Thus I suggest we make it possible for any item to be marked marquee.

For the uninitiated, what does marquee mean with relation to the kiosk? :thinking:

Marquee is an obsolete HTML tag, and @fishbacon is in love with it: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/marquee#Examples

It makes text slide across the screen.
