Fake Repository 구현

전체적인 Controller - Service -Repository 동작을 위한 Fake Repository 생성
- 현재 어떤 DB를 사용할지 결정하지 않았다.
- 먼저 Service 로직을 생성하는데, 전체적인 동작을 위해서 Repository가 필요하다.
