problem creating beacon - zero transaction value? #24

I have tried several times to create transaction, but it seems that the default transaction amount is 0ETH? Because of this I think that the beacon is not created.

I'm on the Rinkeby test network

My transaction amount was 0 and it worked. The API seems really finicky though, so you might have to just try again.
