We used to coverage in our documentation GH workflow. Since we are using sonarcloud now - we no longer have to do it in that way.
I've removed the stuff managing lcov from the workflow but is seems that the folders got messed up. This needs to be fixed.
Approximate steps to solve this:
Get an Ubuntu VM
Clone JG
Install Doxygen
Try running it
Adjust the folders - the result of Doxygen's work should be place in "./docs/" folder.
Reproduce those steps in our documentation.yml workflow file.
Ping me in case I need to change some settings in GH Pages.

Our GH Pages website shows correct output of Doxygen.
