This PR does the following:

Adds instructions to set up and configure the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX as an alternate to the NVIDIA Jetson TX2
Removes the existing page for NX instructions since it is now redundant and was (IMO) in the wrong section
Adds index entries for the new page
Fixes a bug where the page name doc_drive was used more than once
