Wrong weight in gym_bridge #7

Describe the bug In https://github.com/f1tenth/f1tenth_gym_ros/blob/master/scripts/gym_bridge.py#L46 and https://github.com/f1tenth/f1tenth_gym_ros/blob/multi_node/scripts/gym_bridge.py#L51 the weight is set to 3.74

Expected behavior Weight should be 3.47
