added tool to enumerate vescs based on their uuid (/dev/vesc/XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
added support to read imu data

the last modifiction that i've made is : multiple vesc controlled via single usb.

for this modification the only issue is that the actual firmware don't permit to handle multiple imu data. in the imu data is not present the controller id so is not possible to identify the controller that emit the data.

Can confirm from my side, tested in the container on the car, everything seems to be working.
