I know that I would not feel comfortable handing a PAT over to a third-party tool (no judgement on your trustworthiness or security practices, just a general comment), and so while this tool would be a lifesaver for our organization, I can't recommend it or use it.

It would be helpful if this tool could spit out a draft/partial YML file based on the json that we get when we hit "export pipeline" on release pipelines. I know that this would miss out on deployment groups and variable groups, but even just porting the tasks themselves over would be a great help!
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'd have to download the source and run it myself (which I might end up doing anyway, but figured I'd drop a request here first), passing in the json object to GenerateYamlPipeline and tweaking inputs as needed.
