We are seeking a full-stack Client Engineer to join our customer success team. The ideal person will have industry experience working on a range of technical troubleshooting for the key accounts, UI and interaction improvement, and supporting tool development. The position will involve taking these skills and applying them to some of the most exciting and various fashion brands and e-commerce merchants. You will bring the ability to own the whole product life cycle, define projects, and drive excellence across teams.
Support key accounts to solve the issues, help to troubleshoot, meet their demands.
Collaborate with Account Manager and Customer Success Manager to clarify and resolve customers' technical problems.
Re-use the materials and resources made by Software Engineer, Product.
Like the technical consultant to help key accounts fulfill the goals based on the product/solution.
Execute end-to-end testing to guarantee service quality.
Develop supporting tools, e.g. browser extensions and application integrations, to help team members and users.
Implement and execute testing.
Make elegant and flexible codes.
能力需求 / Minimum Qualifications
Background & Skills:
2-3 years of working experience with frontend work and customer support.
Expert ES6 / HTML5 / CSS3
Expert Webpack and git-flow.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Working Style:
