Changed timing for S25FLXXXK flash #13

The timing for flashing S24FLXXXK chips is different, this fix slows down the process and fixes the issue on said chips.

Needs to be tested on other flash chips.

Maybe this increase is too much, let's try first with 2.5E-01 -> 5.5E-01 if that fixes issue at your board with SPANSION 8MB flash then close this issue or suggest other timing

similar patch with slightly different timing has been added manually
