Remove Unreleased header after generating a release #20

After doing a release that will move all the logs from unreleased to the version. The unreleased header should be removed. This would make deployment of the changelog to pub.dev and also references to it cleaner.

This might be done by updating the latest version of change https://github.com/f3ath/change/issues/5, but this might require many dependencies upgrades.

It should be the default behavior in 0.1
