Pullrequest to allow keeping brief freetext for each release.

This depends on https://github.com/f3ath/change/pull/15, the pubspec would have to be updated. At that time I could look into fixing the mergeconflicts as well.

With your implementation of this feature in v0.2.2 this pr is obsolete
