Updates to WAI 2.2.1 #157

Features I added for the 2.2.1 version:

  1. Integrated Caveman's mission pack.
  2. Optional AI counter in mission marker loops.
  3. ZSC check wallet option.
  4. Optional mission static spawn points.
  5. Updated with 1.0.6+ classnames in weapon arrays and vehicles.
  6. Pistol spawning in crates.
