we just need to force spawn the mayor on the ground, sometimes he's spawning on the roof and he has no desire to live so he jumps off, we could also switch it back so players need to kill all the AI..
That OR we need to find a way to spawn them somewhere inside the building where he/she is unable to move. That way you have to force your way inside if you want to kill him.
that sounds like the better idea
Okay, i'll finish redoing all the mission to have dynamic content and then i'll look into making that happen. To make this happen we might have to finetune position finding for it to find really flat areas for missions like these.
