missions compete with AI still alive and wai_kill_percent = 0;

0 means no AI need to be killed in order to be able to complete the crate mission types. Switch it to 100 if you want all AI to be dead. But then again, you might just use the "kill" mission type instead.

Hmm i don't see anything wrong with the code and can't seem to reproduce. I'll test some more but for now closing this due to insufficient intel.
