Spawn locations #73

So after testing the current setup for a while i found that spawning locations are still a bit buggy and missions often spawn in certain area's. The blacklist is still being ignored (might be setup incorrect).

Think we should revisit the default settings and set stuff like nearRoad to 0. It's good to have the options, but maybe not by default.

its even takes fix the tavi problem.

This is something that Jossy has worked on. I'll let him decide on this

what do you mean by certain area's, I know sometimes they spawn in trees, which I might design a check for also, but the blacklist as far as I know is part of the BIS function and if it aint working then we might need our own function for that too :(

and the cherno spawn area got tweaked a little so they don't appear so far up the NE corner

Seems to work now with the latest files. Before it was ignoring the blacklist and missions spawned top right at the map.

Yeah this definitely works, was confused for 30 mins today as to why missions would spawn on napf but not chernarus, had the whole map as blacklist lol :P
