Add NPM_TOKEN to repo secrets #62

Hallo @f3oall,

Can you add the npm push token to the repository as a secret so I can get a /semantic-release/semantic-release up and running :)

NPM_AUTH_TOKEN or NPM_TOKEN works. It can be scoped only for the package. As a contributor, I won't have the secret access.
