Error in datejs parsing time only #17

enter '2:30pm' one would expect that it would send at 2:30pm that day. Instead 
is is scheduled to be sent at 2:30pm Dec 30th 1899!

Fixed in next release.

Tracked down issue to a problem with spreadsheet's date parsing. Filed a bug 
with script api:

But implemented work around by setting number format to "@STRING@" then parsing 
that instead.
