What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. on tuesday set an email to be sent on "monday 7am""
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: the email gets sent next week.
What I saw: the email got sent right away.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.6, on debian linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems to be a useful piece of code though :)

Also, verifying "monday 7am" in the gmail-delay-send spreadsheet gives the bad 
result too.
