Error generated when adding additional pets and guardians #114

Started wit 1 pet and 1 guardian. Then added 4 more pets. Got error "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below." but nothing highlighted. Can't go back. Can't submit that i want to delete new pets - stuck.
