Missing Guardian Notificaion Emails

After completing the steps as described in "Test 2" I received the following guardian emails:

• 1 Reminder for each of the 5 nominated guardians for Pet 1
• 1 notification for 3 of the 25 nominated guardians (P1-G1, P2-G3 and P2-G4)
