No email confirmation of acceptance when adding guardian AFTER registering 1 pet with 1 guardian and then adding pets and guardians #148

Tried adding a 5th guardian after registering 1 pet with 1 guardian and then going back in to add 4 new pets and 5 guardians for each pet except P5), didn't get email confirmation of acceptance
