Pluto ADALM PlutoSDR transmits as soon as sink is selected; continues after prog shutdown #1322

Upon clicking OK after selecting Pluto as transmit device, the radio opens a no modulation carrier on 435MHZ. The frequency can be changed. Modulation can be applied, but not until the play button is pressed, but the carrier is open before the play button is pressed, and continues after stop is pressed, and after SDRAngel is shutdown.

Win 10 x64, 16GB RAM, i3 10110u: while transmitting a packet repeatedly, about 40% CPU, 3.75 GHz, Pluto temp 28C, USB 3 on laptop

Pluto updated to .34; happened on .32 as well.
