The anti-virus report the file "SDRANGEL.EXE" contain trojan virus "Win64/Heur.Generic.H8oAuhUA"

plz resolve it.

Most likely a false positive. Get your anti-virus vendor to confirm details of the problem. Good luck ;)

Windows artifacts are produced by GitHub actions I very much doubt they would introduce Trojans. ...
