Channel Analyzer appears to incorrectly repeat rows in the waterfall view

Hello,

The attached screenshot demonstrates the effect. Notice that the two "waterfall" views do not match:

• The one on the right, HackRF[0], shows the correct/expected shape of the signal.
• The one on the left, Channel Analyzer, shows the bug: notice that the waterfall repeats a small segment approximately 11 times.

If this is at all unclear, please let me know. I'd be happy to post more demo pictures as needed.

Also, I'm willing to try writing a PR, but it'll take me a few months to understand the code base :slightly_smiling_face:
