Added Tx device HackRF One. Set frequency to 435 MHz. Set RF Amp checked.
Created a channel using the NFM Modulator. Pressed the microphone icon on. Pressed the speaker on to hear myself speak.
In Preferences Audio, selected audio input (Microphone Realtek High Definition Audio).
Pressed play.
Held my BaoFeng UV-9R walkie talkie near the standard foldable dipole that came with my HackRF, and can hear static on my walkie talkie. Talked into the microphone and heard nothing from the speaker or the walkie talkie.
