Problems with audio #247

Closed sh123 closed 5 years ago

sh123 commented 5 years ago

Debian, pulse audio, alsa_output*analog-stereo is selected in sdrangel Audio Output. DSD RX - no audio, NFM/WFM - audio works, SSB - audio works but after toggling AGC stops working.

See my comments in https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel/issues/231 this is probably something similar

Tried various suggestions from this thread (like selecting audio devices from the channel window), but could not get SSB work reliably, DSD plugin works (VOX status appears), but no audio. Note, that audio works fine for both SSB and DSD on windows builds. Other apps on this Debian system, e.g. gqrx, do not have problems with audio.

No idea. Audio works fine on most systems.

It started working after some time, not sure what was the problem. Either pulse was buggy and started working after distro upgrade or got fixed in sdrangel.
