OWLDoc 1.0.6: missing annotation property in th HTML output.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load bibo.owl
2. Run OWLDoc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If you check the generated HTML, there will be missing annotations fo the
object property "dcterms:format". I am wondering if it is caused by the
skos:example Annotation Property?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.6

It appears that OWLDoc confuses dcterms:format and po:format (I just noticed 
this).

So, when you click on dcterms:format; po:format is shown instead. 

It appears that OWLDoc has some problem with the identification of properties 
when
multiple ontologies are imported. I suspect it is because it uses the property 
or
class part of the URI instead of the full URI. Would it be possible?
