If CodeceptionResultParser fails to find the report.xml the app silently errors #13

If the report.xml cannot be found by the CodeceptionResultParser then no build is shown in the listing and it looks like it silently failed.

I expected it to mark the Build as Borked and output an error indicating that the report.xml could not be found
