Solution 15 - portal-sso1 name used in two different locations #163

The name portal-sso1 appears to be used twice in the configurations. Once as the local IDP service (where it is the only entry ever used) and again as part of a series in external idp connectors. It would be clearer if the local idp service has a unique name to distinguish it.
