-Updated Base Image -Updated AS3 to 3.13.1-1 -Rob Eastman updates to README.md -Created new verifyHash, instead of /n used b64 encoding/decoding. -changed location of cloud-libs download to match sha512 digest -removed signature and key from verifyHash for custom version
