Registry update #159

  1. Built the needed containers in the new registry
  2. Test deployed on vk8s with a mock lab env
  3. Updated references to the old registry when creating a "container registry" object
  4. Updated container names to include the (correct) new registry tag
  5. Updated screenshots where we build workloads to reflect the new naming
