No option for selecting level as url #33

Observed no option to add url in level field of Parameters tab, 2 values are allowed 'url and global' as per ref. doc but in WAFFLER only global option can be selected. waf8 waf9

Fix in: fecef2d08f06b9fc5549fb2a971f16ee6afffef1
