Unable to remove data guard section from json policy through WAFFLER UI even if fields are not in use.

Observed same issue in CSRF/Protection section

@shubhammishra9 @yoctoserge As of now we avoid to remove anything from the JSON without explicit user's request. Should we introduce a button to clear up entire section?
