Abstract New BIG-IP Data Structure #56

We need a simple method to create the BIG-IP data structure for 1, 2 and 3 nic deployments. Ideally, keep the deployment as easy as it is today. Once this is finished, update the documentation and create a new release.

This is a blocking task until the next release.

@mjmenger, please post any ideas

Some ideas:

The default deployment should be 1nic. So if the user does not supply any required variables the module will deploy this option.
Users should be able to deploy via setting variables or via supplying the BIG-IP data structure. Initially, the variables only need to support 1nic, 2nic and 3nic deployments.
