Fix VS persistence profiles + tests #99

Fixes https://github.com/f5devcentral/terraform-provider-bigip/issues/76

Also added test for persistence profiles and fallback persistence profile attributes in VS.

By the way, I can't seem to get the test iApp to work... any ideas?
