Explore UCS #13

When I explore my ucs file I don't get a list of apps I just get the Sources,Partitions,DNS/GSLB and so on. The config/bigip.conf just loads as a flat json file.

Updated to v3.16.1 and get the same results. I don't get the Apps or Base listing in Config Explorer.
