I use IDM to download, but it keeps showing that the download task connection has timed out and I can’t download，what should I do？

I would try just using your browser to download the model, e.g. Firefox or Chrome. Worked for me fine on Firefox just now, simply by clicking the download link in the Readme on the main page of the repository!
