Update gitbucket release to 4.2 #8

gitbucket is updated to release 4.2

4.2 has migration issue. https://github.com/gitbucket/gitbucket/releases/tag/4.2.1

And 4.2.1 has other issue. https://github.com/f99aq8ove/docker-gitbucket/pull/7

I'm waiting next version.
