Simple_Probe.jnirs missing s #7

The fields below are missing an "s"at the end.

correlationTimeDelay correlationTimeDelayWidth timeDelay timeDelayWidth

Also the specification needs to be changed here:

/nirs(i)/probe/correlationTimeDelayWidths

There seemed to be a few more cases where it changed to plurals. Just as a note.
