Add sample snirf data that is small in size and covers a range of SNIRF features #121

At some stage we removed the small samples because they were no longer compliant with the SNIRF specification and did not pass the validator. And instead we linked to a larger dataset that was SNIRF compliant.

Ideally, we would generate a comprehensive set of small files that are 100% SNIRF compliant and cover the complete range of possible SNIRF features. This is useful for testing software purposes.

There are examples in the readme. We can expand this list with snirf compliant data on open neuro etc.
