WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY DESIGN OF THE AIRPLANES IN HIGH ALTITUDE CLASS A AIRSPACE AROUND OR ABOVE 800,000 FEET ALTITUDE? THEY ARE HAVING COLD OUTS? ARE YOU USING THE IBF PTS NOTAM? TRY TO ADJUST THE HUB TO HANDLE THE TEMPERATURE OR USE SELF-ROTATION? OR USE ADMINISTRATION HUB PARTS? DO YOU HAVE ANY ANSWERS? IS THE HUB AN INVENTION OF YOU? FIRST, IS THE SHAFT ROTOR GOOD AND DURABLE AT THAT ALTITUDE? THERE IS MORE CARBON CAUSED BY THAT ALTITUDE IN THE COMBUSTION BECAUSE OF THE LOWER AIR PRESSURE, "1 INCH PRESSURE" NOT IGNITING THE FUEL? TRY TO GET A FUEL AND AIR INDUCTION RATIO BY IN THE HIGH ALTITUDE BY USING A BIGGER SPARK PLUG ,"POUNDS PRESSURE PER SPARK PLUG" TO REDUCE THE PRESSURE ON THE SHAFT ROTOR? THE REASON WHY IS IT IS HARDER TO IGNITE SO YOU GET DOUBLE THE COMBUSTION THUS MORE STRESS? OR, AS WE ARE HOPING, DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER BALL BEARING ON THE ROTOR WITH A SELF-ROTATION HUB PYLON OR IS THERE ONE? WITH LESS FUEL SETTING AND SELF ROTATION IN THAT ALTITUDE IS MAINLY HOW THEY DO IT THESE DAYS? IS THERE A HOLE IN THE ENGINE THAT COULD LET IN AIR WELL THAT COULD RUIN THE SHAFT ROTOR?
