Tracking progress. I am restoring the code in the operation module.

The operation package contains the following transformations:

[x] liftings
[x] affine transformations-
[x] ... including negative multipliers
[x] products
[x] relabelings
[x] reorderings

and the following degeneracies can be recognized:

[x] liftings
[x] affine transformations
[x] ... including negative multipliers
[x] products
[x] relabelings
[x] reorderings

These additional tools are present:

[ ] computation of local and nonsignaling bounds
[x] recognition of symmetric forms of expressions
[ ] lexicographic indexing of representatives

The original tests have all been restored, except:

for the representatives enumeration by lexicographci index,
for the symmetric forms of expressions,
for the decomposition of products.
