Altered root file structure. #39

Altered root/ file structure, moved JavaScript files, CSS files, and any image files into their respective folders within the /Public folder. E.G index.js -> /Public/JS/index.js Changed all current script and stylesheet links and all IMG src elements to accommodate the new file structure. Moved contribution.MD file and README file into the Documentation folder. Everything works as intended.

@pacehutt Here you go, I went ahead and cloned the repo again and did my changes. Everything has been tested and works fine, I look forward to seeing it get merged :D
