[x] request sessions authorization
[x] after close, use sessions.getRecentlyClosed
[x] if fails, set sessionid as null
[x] use a matching logic to find the tab we just closed
[x] add sessionId to closedHistory tabs
[x] on restore, try to restore by sessionId.
[x] if fails (try session is null) then createTab
[ ] move restored tab to current window ? #32 (need current active window info from popup)

Moving the restore tab will be weird as Chrome can create the restore in a new window (lol) and put the user focus on it.

Several options can be discussed:

Check if the window still exists ? If so we do a true restore
If the window doesn't exist -> shell restore ?
If the window exists but is not currently selected ? => ?... @MerlinLaffitte @astronault
